Heritage Loft provides a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and lounge-dining room on the lower level and double bedroom on the upper level. Two air-cooling systems provide a welcome relief in summer months and residents are invited to utilize the roof-top swimming-pool in the neighbouring building that is accessible via a sky-bridge. Access is also provided to a well-equipped gymnasium in the building. Excellent security is provided throughout on a 24 hour basis, secure parking is included and the apartment has a safe in which valuables may be locked.
