Villa Kommetjie Edge is a comfy 3 bed cottage situated a mere 2 minute walk from Kommetjie beach. It is a very spacious cottage with a lovely pool, garden and terrace area. Kommetjie is a fabulous place for a beach holiday as it has pristine beaches and a beautiful bay for swimming and surfing. This house is protected being slightly back from the sea and offers great holiday accommodation. There is no better place to watch a sunset than Kommetjie beach. There is a servitude access to the beach.

The entertainment area is open plan with dining area and kitchen opening onto the terrace. The lounge is separate with TV. One the bedrooms is downstairs with separate bathroom. There is a further two bedrooms upstairs, both with en-suite bathrooms. They both open onto a terrace.
