Kian's Place is a comfortable house in Langebaan on the hill. With all the bedrooms on the ground floor, the living area is on the first floor from where the lagoon can be viewed overlooking Langebaan.

The house has a large enclosed garden with a well maintained lawn which is ideal for small children.
Kians Place caters for 11 people and is rented out on a self-catering basis. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary luxuries including a dishwasher, build-in braai, dart board and full bouquet DSTV. The house is also equipped with linen and towels.
