For rest and renewal come and stay at our cottage on the hill, Lighuisie (LIGHT Cottage). The setting of Lighuisie offers panoramic views and borders on the Salmonsdam Nature Reserve. Accommodation is cosy and comfortable. Appliances are gas powered and lights solar powered. Oil-lamps, however no Eskom, add to the romantic setting. There is hot water in both bathrooms, inside the cottage as well as well as in the double shower outside. Lighuisie has a large hearth as well as a gas oven. Unfortunately for wedding guests, however, no electricity means no hair-drying or last-minute shirt ironing.
